Humble Dragon is the most basic version (Intermediate Skills). If you are looking for a first project to learn the stitches, this is where to start
The designs worked in the round are much easier and faster than the flat ones. Flat ones require Inc, Dec, and Special Stitches on both RS and WS.
Bountiful is actually worked in the round, even though the end products is flat. Harmonious and Year of the, are also worked in the round.
