I’m a knitter and spinner and I love mentoring adventurous beginners in both techniques. I also love playing with texture and colour and am now publishing my simple designs. I am inspired by natural fibres and all the people I’ve met who grow them and raise animals to produce them.

I am based on the west coast of Canada - I was born here, left for grad school in Alaska and some amazing years in the North, and then came back. I now call Vancouver Island home.
