Welcome! I’m Emily, the designer behind Soft Sloth Knits.

I love to create designs which are whimsical and fun, while still being wearable and satisfying to make. After all, life is serious enough as it is. Much of my inspiration comes from the natural world, or the colours and patterns embedded into our everyday world.

My goal is to design patterns that are engaging - either through construction, colour, or stitch pattern —giving you those “just one more row” moments. I aim for the highest quality patterns possible, and to that end all of my patterns are tech-edited by experienced professionals.
