I am an English teacher by day and a pattern maker by night, and my patterns reflect my love of stranded colourwork.

Scandinavian knitting traditions were an important part of my childhood in Norway and I enjoy sharing these traditions with others. I also love making patterns in a playful style that kids love to wear.

I knit continental style and write my patterns in a Scandinavian style. I do avoid abbreviations, however, because I want to make my patterns as accessible as possible.

Available languages are listed on the pattern pages. All patterns are available in Norwegian, and most are available in English too. Some of the neck warmers are available in Swedish as well, and a couple of patterns are translated into German, while Retro Raptor is also available in Finnish. All buyers gain access to all available languages after purchasing, so check the pattern description to see which languages are available.
