This sweet little top is worked with a ribbed ruffle that is then gathered to work a more fitted body. The length designed here is cropped but you have the opportunity to make the body any length that you want before starting the armhole shaping. Just make sure to have enough yarn. The sleeve repeats the design element with a ruffled border cuff and a more fitted sleeve.
