A pretty and practical v neck cardigan for Moms to be. It has subtle front shaping to give the tummy grow room, and 2x2 ribbed edges. Uses worsted weight yarn at a gauge of 18 sts to 4 inches. Sizes x-small through x-large.
Yarn shown is Cascade 220. This sweater is knitted in one piece beginning at the neck edge. The neckband is worked later.

Materials- Medium worsted weight yarn:
1,250; 1,325; 1,400; 1,500; 1,650; 1,775 yds.
24 inch circular needles sizes 8 and 6; 16 inch circular needle size 8; double point needles size 8; or sizes required to get the gauge.
Scrap yarn, stitch markers, 5/8 inch buttons (6 to 8), safety pins.

Gauge- using the larger size needles in stockinette st, 18 sts equal 4 inches.
