Pattern Description from Vogue Knitting, Winter 2008/09: “As bubbly as the Champagne reference by the Cascade yarns fiber names ‘Magnum,’ Sullivan’s heavily cabled and bobbled cropped turtleneck proves that with the right fit, bulky is eminently figure-flattering. The garment is knit from cuff to cuff, with stitches for the rib at the neck and hemline picked up after the main section is done. Additional bobbles are knit right into the hem bind-off.”

“Standard-fitting, cropped turtleneck knit from sleeve cuff to sleeve cuff edge with bobble details.”
