This cowl was a delight to knit, the pattern is clear, easy to read and accurate. I did tack down the top boarder to the turtle neck part so it would lay properly and not curl under.

You will need 4.5 mm straight needles, one cable needle and circular needle in addition to a row counter, and stitch marker.
