Finished Bust Measurements: X-Small 30”, Small 33”, Medium 37”, Large 41”, 1X 46”, 2X 51”
The peplum “skirt” is knit first from the fold-up hem upward. Stitches are picked up and the top is worked in one piece until separated into four panels at the underarm, with three-needle bind-offs joining the straps.
Colors shown are #1609 water spout (blue) and #1608 Morning Dew (green).
