This pattern is part of a commitment I made to myself to be more public, in verbal and non-verbal ways, about my beliefs about the importance of diversity and social justice. I was inspired by the beautiful rainbow colorway of this Knit Circus Divine DK yarn in “Love is Love” and knew it would make a beautiful cowl to show my support and allyship for the LGBTQIA community.

The cowl is a simple accessory to make, but the color changes keep it interesting.
