This vintage King Cole pattern has instructions for a jacket and zipper, knitted in King Cole Chunky Yarn.

Gauge:
18 stitches and 20 rows to 10cm (4 inches), over patterned stitch using 5.25mm knitting needles, or the size required to give the correct tension.

To fit chest sizes:
(Size 1: 34”), (Size 2: 36”), (Size 3: 38”), (Size 4: 40”).

King Cole Big Value Chunky 100g balls.

Materials needed
Jacket:
(Size 1: 8 balls), (Size 2: 8 balls), (Size 3: 9 balls), (Size 4: 9 balls).
You will need 1 button for this pattern.

Zipper:
(Size 1: 5 balls main shade, 2 balls contrast shade),
(Size 2: 5 balls main shade, 2 balls contrast shade),
(Size 3: 6 balls main shade, 2 balls contrast shade),
(Size 4: 6 balls main shade, 2 balls contrast shade).
For the zipper jacket patten you will need a 22/24” open end zip fastener.
