Materials:
Bernat Gloucester (100g pull skeins) - 4(4-5) or any equivalent knitting worsted weight yarn that will give the specified stitch gauge.
1 pair each straight knitting needles Nos. 8 and 9 (5.00mm and 5.50mm) or any size needles that will give the specified stitch gauge.

Gauge:
4 stitches = 1”; 11 rows = 2” in pattern stitch
4 stitches = 1”; 8 rows (4 ridges) = 1” in garter stitch
