Pattern Description from Vogue Knitting, Holiday 2009: “Texture and lavish drape combine for effortless chic. Using Muench Yarns’ ‘Savanna,’ Carron alternates columns of cables and moss stitch to create the body of this cowl. A twisted rib finished the edges.”

“Loose-fitting cowl worked in the round in charted aran patterns”

Also Published in Cowlgirls (2010) as “Candy Wrapper”: “The circumference of this cowl is so wide that it could even be stretched over your shoulders for a gamine look or pulled over your head for an impromptu hood. The stitching is traditional Aran with twisted-rib edges.”
