From pattern description:
“Very close-fitting, striped, circular shrug with ruffled edges.”

From Vogue Knitting, Winter 2006/07:<
“A shrug is as good as a yes. Shiri Mor’s striped one - in Jaeger/Westminster Fibers’ ‘Matchmaker 4-Ply’ and RYC Classics’ ‘Cashsoft 4-Ply’ - starts in two flat pieces, from which stitches are picked up and additionally cast on. The whole body is then joined and knit in the round. Sleeves are picked up at the armholes and worked downward. The soft front ruffles come from increases in a single round.”
