Pattern description from Vogue Knitting, Winter 2007/08: “Waffle-pattern lace panels, separated by double rows of cabling, are oversized to match the V neck, silhouette and textured hood of Deboroh Newton’s ecru pullover, shown in Trendsetter Yarns’ ‘Kashmir’.”
“Oversized pullover with multiple vertical pattern stitches, raglan sleeves and crossover front neckline with hood styling. Sized for Small/Medium, Large, 1-X/2-X and shown is size Small/Medium on page 79.”
Knitted Measurements:
- Small/Medium (Large, 1-X/2-X)
- Bust 43 (47, 51)“/109 (119, 129.5)cm
- Length 28¾ (30, 31¼)“/73 (76, 79.5)cm
- Upper Arm 14 (15¼, 16½)“/35.5 (39, 42)cm
Materials:
- 20 (23, 27) 1¾oz/50g balls (each approx 110yd/100m) of Trendsetter Yarns Kashmir (cashmere/silk) in #1205 ecru
- One pair each sizes 8 and 9 (5 and 5.5mm) needles or size to obtain gauge
- Cable needle, stitch markers
Additional Gauges:
- 24-st cable is 3.5”/9cm wide using larger needles
- 29 sts = 5.5”/14cm in waffle pat st all using larger needles
