This vintage pattern has instructions for a Georgian ‘A Quite Read’ costume for 15” Porcelain Heirloom Doll’s, knitted in DK yarn.

Materials needed

25g cream shade, 200g petrol blue yarn, 100g rose pink yarn, oddments of dk yarn for book. The amount of yarn specified is based on the average requirements and is therefore approximate.

For this pattern you will require 2x pairs of long 2.75mm knitting needles.

6.5 meters knitting in lace (474 holes), 2.75 meters ribbon roses, 1 meter of cream 3mm ribbons for drawers, 0.75 meters of rose pink 3mm ribbon for petticoat and lacing, 1.5 meters of rose pink 9mm ribbon for dress, 0.75 meters of rose pink 5mm ribbon for dress.

3 large flowers, 21 small flowers, 24 beads (optional for sewing flowers), beads (approximately 28 for necklace), sewing thread, beading needle, 3 glass headed pins.
