For this pattern you will require a cable needle.
2.75mm knitting needles, 2.75mm double pointed knitting needles.

9.25 meters knitting in lace, 8 pipe cleaners, 1.5 meters ribbon for dress, 1 meter 3mm ribbon for petticoat/drawers, small piece of card for mask, 1 flower, 1 small bead, 2 feathers, 22.5cm florist wire, sewing, sellotape.
