Herzog’s two pieces, knit in Blue Sky Fibers’ new Eco-Cashmere, can each be worn two ways: the hat with or without the brim folded, and the cowl looped once or twice around the neck. The allover waffle-stitch patterns are tipped with a small amount of contrasting color at the hems; both pieces are worked in the round with 2x2 ribbed trim.
