#16 Multistripe Tote
Brightly colored horizontal stripes are broken up by equally colorful vertical stripes on this roomy tote.
Finished Size 18 1/2 x 15”; 37” circumference
Yarn Classic Elite Yarns Provence (100% Mercerized Egyptian Cotton; 102 yd/93 m/1¾ oz/50 g) 2 hanks each in #5810 Marine, #5863 Sunny Side Up, #5895 Watermelon, #5881 Wild Willow, #5847 Delft Blue
Needles Two Size US 6 (4.0 mm): 32” circulars (cir). Adjust needle size if necessary to obtain the correct gauge.
Notions Markers (m); One pair of 24” leather handles by Somerset Designs in dark brown; 7/8yd 43” cotton lining fabric; 1yd heavy interfacing
Gauge 20.5 sts and 28 rows = 4” in St st; 20 sts and 38 rows = 4” in garter st.
