Our 2018 HAL featured a variety of fun Hats!
Try out this smaller project, the Owl Cozy pattern. I’ve included the instructions and pattern charts to make this fair isle project in only colors 2 and also in 3 and 4 colors, so you can try it at the level you feel comfortable.

All the HAL hats are knit in the round, using Circulars and DPNs with mainly #4 Worsted Weight/Aran yarns or #3 DK/Light Worsted. Some are for babies and children, but most will be adult-sized.

I include photos and step by steps in all my patterns, as well as support through our Ravelry group. So even if some of these techniques are new to you, this is a great time to try them in a small project, like these hats!
