Have you heard of temperature blankets? They’re a great way to make memories and document your year in yarn! This year we’ve added a chart to stitch your blanket corresponding to the day’s weather along with the standard temperature chart. Every day for a year you will knit 2 rows using the color that corresponds to the day’s high temperature or weather in your area. This fun project is beginner friendly and uses only knit stitches! We’ve selected colors, paired them with a temperature or weather type and provided the suggested yarn amounts below. Feel free to alter your colors and select more of the colors that correspond with your area’s climate. Each ball of yarn is enough for about 22 rows, or 11 days.
