Pattern description from Vogue Knitting, Holiday 2007:
“The tale of Mably’s professional odyssey from kitchen to Kaffe Fassett’s London studio is almost as colorful as one of the Welshborn designer’s full-spectrum patterns. In this muted salute to the Union Jack, he knits a softened version of the U.K. flag into both sides of his boxy, side-vented jacket. The intarsia body is worked with ‘Kid Classic’ and the self-striping ‘Tapestry,’ both from Rowan/Westminster Fibers.”

“Standard-fitting cardigan with allover intarsia Union Jack motif, modified drop sleeves and garter st bands. Sized for X-Small/Small and Medium/Large. Shown in size X-Small/Small on page 84.”
