It seemed my Pepsi was getting warm too fast and I wanted an insulator for my 24 oz bottle. Couldn’t find one anywhere so decided to knit one! Seems now that all my friends and family want them so I decided to write out the pattern and make it available to everyone.

I make these using the Magic Loop on 36” size 4 circular needles so there are no seams. The pattern incorporates five cables separated by a simple two stitch rib which gives it the appearance of a sweater. It takes me about an 1-1/4 hours to knit each one.

This is a great way to use up those bits of wool left over from other projects!
