Pattern description from Knit Simple, Fall 2006: “Wide bands of color accent a V-neck cardigan whose fronts overlap slightly and are held in place with a narrow belt.”
Knit Tip: “While the modified set-in sleeves and lower edges are hemmed, the front band turns back to form a facing.”
Materials:
- Creative Focus Worsted by Nashua Handknits/Westminster Fibers, 3½oz/100g skeins, each approx 220yd/201 (wool/alpaca)
- 5 (5, 6, 7, 7) skeins in #1650 jeans (MC)
- Wooly Stripes by Nashua Handkints/Westminster Fibers, 1¾oz/50g balls, each approx 88yd/81m (wool)
- One pair size 6 (4mm) knitting needles or size to obtain gauge
