This pattern is for a 7-petal flower but more or less petals can be crocheted.
The flower can be crocheted in any yarn or thread you want and using 1 or more colors.

You can use this flower as an appliqué or create a bigger design using 6-petal flowers (a blanket or a doily for example). Flowers can be simply tied (using the tails) or stitched together.
