This easy extended single crochet stitch Summer Halter Top can be made any size, and any yarn and hook can be used.

Worked bottom up.

Start with a foundation chain that is 1/2 the chest measurement.
Work as many rows as desired for a long top or a short cropped top.
Add a dc band at the top and bottom, and pass cords through to tie at the neck and in the back!

( I used ww yarn and a 6 mm hook)
