Pattern description from Knit Simple Magazine, Holiday 2006: “With a few changes in color, collar and pattern, these unisex sweaters can be knit for either a boy or a girl. Our Little Boy Blue version features a polo collar and slip-stitch patterning; our Miss Scarlet’s a Henley collar and see-stitch stripes.”

Knit Tip: “Don’t get bogged down by gender stereotypes. A girl can wear a polo collar as easily as a boy can pull off shades of red and orange.”
