This pattern provides instructions for a Baby Set in the styles of a Top, Dress, Cardigan and Beret, knitted in King Cole DK yarn.
Gauge:
22 stitches and 28 rows to 10cm (4“) over pattern using 4mm knitting needles or the size required to give the correct tension.

Check your tension – if less stitches use thinner needles if more use thicker needles.

(0-3 Months: 36cm/ 14”), (3-6 Months: 41cm/16 “), (6-9 Months: 46cm/18 “), (9-12 Months: 51cm/ 20”), (12-24 Months: 56cm/ 22”).

Contrast shade - You will only need a small amount of yarn.

Dress:
Main shade - 1 2 2 2 3 balls
Contrast shade - You will only need a small amount of yarn.
(Size 1: 1 balls yarn), (Size 2: 2 balls yarn), (Size 3: 2 balls yarn), (Size 4: 2 balls yarn), (Size 5: 3 balls yarn).
Cardigan:
Main shade - 1 1 1 2 2 balls
Contrast shade - You will only need a small amount of yarn.

Beret:
Main shade - 1 1 1 1 1 ball
Contrast shade - You will only need a small amount of yarn.
(Size 1: 1 balls yarn), (Size 2: 1 balls yarn), (Size 3: 1 balls yarn), (Size 4: 1 balls yarn), (Size 5: 1 balls yarn).
One pair each of knitting needles sizes 3.75mm and 4mm.
1x 3.75mm circular needle.
You will need 1 button for the Top and 1 button for the Dress.
And 44 : 4 : 5 : 5 buttons for the Cardigan.
