Pattern description:
This pattern provides instructions for a crocheted hat and bags, knitted in King Cole Raffia.

Gauge:
14 half trebles and 13 rows to 10cm (4“) over half trebles stitch a using 4mm crochet hook or the size required to give the correct tension. Check your tension – if less stitches use thinner needles if more use thicker needles.

Flower Squares Bag – 1 motif measures 12.75cm (5 ins) square on a 5.5mm hook.

Shoulder Bag – 17.5 half trebles and 12 rows to 10cm (4 ins) over half treble on a 3.50mm hook.

Head circumference: 52cm/20.5”.

Flower squares bag: 38x28cm/15x11” not including handles.

Shoulder bag: 30x27x7cm /12x10.75x2.75”.

All items are made with King Cole Raffia; a ribbon like material made with 100% cellulose giving a raffia like texture suitable for hats, bags, belts and home ware.

Hat is ONE size and requires a fabric stiffener to hold the brim in place and make it stick out.
