The 5 Point Bomber features bold color blocking and narrow stripes, which are inspired by Canada’s iconic Hudson Bay Company blankets. The wide contrast waist slides perfectly into a kangaroo pouch pocket, adding a flattering visual effect.

The bottom-up, seamed construction ensures a great fit and structure, with the traditional high collar to keep you cozy on blustery days. Short rows are used to shape both the shoulders and the collar.

#sizeinclusive to a 68.75” / 174.5 cm finished chest measurement.

Substitution Notes
Choose a worsted weight yarn. The original is a non-superwash that works up at 4.5 to 5 sts per inch (2.5 cm) on 4 to 5.5 mm (US 6-9) needles. Wools (including superwash), wool blends, and acrylics will substitute well.

Techniques
Increases/decreases, three needle bind off, bias bind off (explained), German short rows, basic set-in sleeve sweater construction, worked flat, bottom up seaming, picking up stitches, buttonholes and sewing on buttons.
