This wrap is also good as a blanket because it is more of a square shape. We’ve used Lana Grossa Setasuri, a luxury blend of silk and suri alpaca. The alpaca is brushed to give a light halo and is wrapped with stranded silk. The finished yarn is dyed in strong clear colors that allow the fibers to dye in different shades that complement each other. We opted to knit our metallic warped paillettes in the stock st. area to add an additional texture but these are completely optional.
