This cardigan has it all…..stripes, texture, color changes, zipper, hood, pockets and tons of love. We choose to start with the colorissimo from Lana Grossa. This yarn is wool with an incredible array of 24 shades inside each colorway. We then matched Trendsetter Cin Cin to add texture and more colors and tie it all together with the thick/think Manila from GGH which is a blend of cotton/viscose. The body is worked in Stock St. stripes that carry the yarns along the side. The body style is straight and long. The fronts have patch pockets that set right on top to add detail features and move the colors along the body. Finished the jacket off with a wonderful hood or keep it simple with just a crew neck. No matter the style, work a few rows of simple basic crochet for the front.
