We’ve worked this shawl with two of our favorites. Lana Grossa has introduced a Hand Dye version of their Cool Wool and we’ve selected this for the Tuck ridges. For the openwork eyelet, we’ve selected Lana Grossa Silkhair so the body of the shawl remains light and open from the brushed mohair/silk fibers. The shawl starts at the bottom with one of the tubes. The tube is worked in Stock St. and then by picking up the backside ridge, you tuck it by taking one stitch at a time and putting it on the left needle and working 2sts together. This creates the tube working one stitch at a time across the row. The tube alternates with a repeat of the arrow eyelet lace. At the same time, stitches will be decreased at the end of the row to create a triangle shape.
