This is one of my favorite accessory patterns and one that I’ve taught at more shows and knit cruise events than any other. The yarn Picasso is super soft and the open fibers are injected inside of a cage. This allows the fibers to bloom but stay contained and to be very light with good yardage. The pattern is a blend of slip stitch and Garter St. ridge as you change between the 2 colors you select. You will need 2 diverse colors so the pattern shows and the color changes show. You cast on at the largest end and shape at the end of every RS row. This pattern is easy to follow and the color changes and texture changes make you work quickly to see what comes next.
