A Leaf A Day
One leaf a day? Well, it might help to pass a lazy sunday! Or knit a leaf every day you have to stay home. Either use it as a decoration, wrap it around a present or arrange it together with classical Easter decorations.
I’m very excited to see how are you going to use it.
This pattern makes a good opportunity to use some leftover yarn. I would recommend choosing a light main color and combining it with a darker speckled yarn to create this lovely garland.
A LEAF A DAY allows you to learn and practice basic brioche stitches, increases and decreases. If you have never tried brioche knitting before, maybe this little project is a good challenge to get started. There are only 12 pattern rows to be knit, other rows are straight brioche knitting. So don´t be afraid of brioche knitting any longer. You can do it!
The pattern can be knit in multiple sizes only by changing needle size and gauge; Block the finished work to smooth stitches.
