A Little Help From My Friends CAL
A Little Help From my Friends has been designed as the perfect manghan for that special man in your life. Whether it’s Dad, Hubby, brother or boyfriend…. they’re always there to take out the bin, mow the lawn or squish the spider that keeps staring at us. Maybe they deserve a special blankie also ;)
The pattern works through a large variety of stitches making it a great project to boost your crochet arsenal.
LHFMF is written to make a 120cm x 165cm blanket.
It uses US terminology and is worked in rows.
Skill level - Intermediate
Material list:
DK yarn of your choice - I used Colourspun DK Cotton.
4mm hook
4.5mm hook
Scissors
Needles for sewing in ends
Stitch markers
You are more than welcome to work the blanket in any yarn of your choice. However, depending on the yarn and tension, you may have a size difference.
In the prelude (beginning pages) of the pattern you will find detailed stitch tutorials, yarn quantities used for the two colourways and many many more bits of useful info!
Throughout the written pattern there are detailed photo tutorials.
You can grab a delicious ColourSpun yarn kit, and this stuff is divinely soft, perfect to keep him cosy when he’s reading a book or watching the footie!
