A Nice Cuppa
Coffee? Tea? It doesn’t matter with the A Nice Cuppa set. Knit in the round in one piece with no seaming, this sweet cup and pot can be lightly stuffed with polyfill, leftover yarn scraps, or dried herbs and can hang by their handles as ornaments or function as sachets. Choose your favorite stranded colorwork chart from among four options or design your own.

Yarn (includes 15% buffer):
Sport weight yarn. Sample shown in Brown Sheep Nature Spun Sport (100% wool, 184 yds/168 m per 50 g), MC Aran, CC Navy Nite
- Cup: 20 yds/18 m MC, 12 yds/11 m CC
- Pot: 40 yds/36 m MC, 15 yds/14 m CC
Dimensions:
- Teacup measures 3.25”/8.25 cm tall and 3.5”/9 cm wide (not counting handle)
- Teapot measures 4.75”/12 cm tall and wide (not counting handle)
Needles:
* 3.25-mm (US size 3) needles for knitting in the round (small circumference) or size needed to obtain gauge
Tools:
- Waste yarn or stitch holders
- 3 stitch markers
- Fiber fill or yarn scraps for stuffing
- Tapestry needle
Blocked Gauge:
28 stitches and 36 rounds = 4”/10 cm in stockinette in the round
