A Piece of Pi

I needed a project for my first plane trip and wanted some brainless knitting. I love my Simply Pi Shawl, but wanted to not make a circular shawl, so Piece of Pi was the solution. I am thrilled with the results. It is very lacy and looks like an opened Spanish lace fan.
I used beads on this one. I place each bead individually. I wanted my beads to be obedient and stay where I put them. There are only 21 bead rows, so just a little bling-bling.
I painted the yarn navy blue, forest green and dark wine and used 725 size 8 iridescent seed beads.
