Abbey Road Sweater
Abbey Road is a roomy, long sleeve, high-hip length, Fair Isle sweater designed to be worn with 10” of positive ease.
It has an allover pattern that uses two different motifs throughout the body and sleeves. The body is worked in the round from the bottom up. The neck and armholes are steeked and shoulders are joined with a 3-Needle Bind Off. Stitches are picked up around the steeked armhole edge and sleeves are worked from the top down to the cuff, which is finished in corrugated rib. There is an optional thumbhole which may require more yarn. Stitches are picked up around the neck and a corrugated neckband finishes off the body.
