Aboulia Cowl
This is a stranded colourwork cowl designed with fingering weight yarn. The name comes from Ancient Greek ἀβουλία and means the absence of willpower or decisiveness, which is appropriate because this pattern has several options for edgings and designs. It is also a reference to the shifting of background and foreground colour in the design. Combine the edgings and design options to customize your cowl or make several if you can’t decide which version you like best! Two full skeins of the yarn suggested can make up to three cowls depending on your choices of features.
