Abril Tee is a lightweight summer tee worked seamlessly from the top down.

The neckline is shaped using short rows while increases are worked in the body to create a comfortable and well-balanced fit. The shoulders are formed by a fixed section of stitches that remains unchanged through most of the yoke, helping to structure the garment and create a natural shoulder slope.

After the neckline shaping, increases are worked first in the body and then in the sleeves to gradually form the yoke and armholes. The sleeves are then placed on hold while the body is worked in the round to the hem. Finally, the sleeves and the neck ribbing are completed.

The tee has a relaxed fit and is designed to be worn with 8–15 cm 3–6” of positive ease.

Worked in soft cotton yarn, Abril Tee is a versatile and comfortable garment — perfect for warmer days and easy to combine with everyday outfits.

NEEDLES:
Main needles: 3.50 mm US 4 circular needles.
Ribbing: 2.75 mm US 2 circular needles.
Cable: It is helpful to have cables of different lengths so you can switch as the number of stitches increases.

The sleeves are worked in the round; you will need one of the following options:
Double-pointed needles (DPNs)
Circular needles with an 80 or 100 cm 32–40” cable for the magic loop method
Short circular needles, 20–24 cm 8–9.5”

NOTIONS: Stitch markers, scrap yarn or stitch holders to place stitches on hold, tapestry needle for weaving in ends, measuring tape or ruler, and scissors.

Abril Tee es una camiseta ligera de verano tejida sin costuras de arriba hacia abajo.

El escote se forma mediante vueltas cortas mientras se realizan aumentos en el cuerpo para crear un ajuste cómodo y equilibrado. Los hombros se forman a partir de una sección fija de puntos que se mantiene durante gran parte del canesú, lo que ayuda a estructurar la prenda y a conseguir una caída natural del hombro.

Después de dar forma al escote, se realizan aumentos primero en el cuerpo y después en las mangas para formar progresivamente el canesú y la sisa. A continuación, las mangas se dejan en espera mientras se teje el cuerpo en circular hasta el bajo. Por último, se completan las mangas y el elástico del cuello.

La camiseta tiene un ajuste relajado y está diseñada para llevarse con 8–15 cm de holgura positiva.
