Adopt-Me Blanket
Pattern Description from Knitting for Peace: “Quite literally, nothing could be simpler to knit than a garter-stitch square. That’s why blankets for animals in shelters, like the ones featured here, are the perfect way for brand-new knitters to begin knitting for peace. The garter stitch also creates a thicker, cushier blanket than other knitting stitches would, which means more softness and comfort in a shelter pen.”
