Adventina
I love Advent calendars! I love it to open a tiny door with a surprise every morning in December! Just in case, you have an Advent yarn calendar with 24 mini skeins, this might be a joyful project for you!
Adventina is a large pointed wrap which combines stripes of 24 colors with easy garter and some lace. The shawl is made of 23 mini-skeins and one complete skein of fingering weight yarn by Das Mondschaf: using almost the complete color spectrum. Either you are using the colors as you find them in your calendar or just feel free to order all these different colors from light to dark or from warm to cold - however, it will surprise you!
Sorry for showing only black-and-white pictures here on Ravelry, but I don’t want to spoil the Mondschaf Advent calendar … I will upload every week more colorful pictures!
A drawing in the shape of the shawl is given and can be used for coloring in with crayons before you start your project - find your individual version!
Repetitive increases and decreases are giving the shawl it’s unique shape and you are giving it’s unique color stripes - I am sure, you will love it!
