Body and sleeves are worked in the round from lower edge to underarms, then joined to work yoke in the round.

In celebration of our 20th Anniversary, Istex, the principal manufacturer of the renowned Icelandic Lopi yarn, offers this traditional Icelandic sweater pattern, especially created for us by knitting designer Védís Jónsdóttir, as a gift to all Lopi knitters. Afmæli means “Anniversary” in Icelandic.
