Afraid of Heights
Afraid of Heights is a triangle shawl worked sideways on a garter stitch base playing with textures of different yarns. This pattern is suitable for beginning shawl knitters and easy enough to make it the perfect knitting project for any waiting room.
Please note: only very little was left over of the first two yarns listed. Every knitter’s gauge is unique, so if unsure, buy a second skein of each to be on the safe side if preferred.
Finished Size
71 x 47 in (180 x 120 cm) after blocking. Instructions for resizing are provided.
All pattern names from the Knitting in the Waiting Room project are inspired by post punk songs. This one is named and inspired by the song Afraid of Heights by Billy Talent.
