Agrifoglio is a top-down, circular yoke sweater featuring stranded colorwork. Gradual increases are made in the yoke up to the sleeves that will be put on hold onto holder or scrap yarn and then resumed later. This way there will be no seams.
Sample in photos is knit in L+2 yarn by Einrum pure Icelandic wool and Thai silk blend which gives the sweater a truly original melange texture.

The charts of floral motifs draw inspiration from the flowers and nature that we can observe in the winter in the mountains around us. It is a comfortable, resistant, warm and versatile sweater, designed to be worn outdoors in contact with nature.

Agrifoglio comes in 10 sizes (from 85 to 179 cm 34.6 to 68.1 ” bust circumference). The size guide and the table in the PDF will help you choose the fit you prefer.

Questo modello è lavorato in tondo dall’alto verso il basso, si eseguono degli aumenti graduali nello sprone fino ad arrivare alle maniche che verranno messe in sospeso su un filo per poi essere riprese successivamente. In questo modo non ci saranno cuciture.
Abbiamo usato un filato composto da lana islandese e seta, il filamento di seta è chiaramente visibile e regala alla maglia una texture melange davvero originale.

La maglia è giocata su motivi floreali che traggono ispirazione dai fiori e dalla natura che possiamo osservare in inverno nelle montagne che ci circondano. Questi schemi a più colori sono realizzati con la tecnica del “fair isle” e sono presenti nello sprone, nelle maniche e nel corpo della maglia.
E’ un maglione comodo, resistente, caldo e versatile, pensato proprio per essere indossato all’aria aperta
in contatto con la natura.
