Construction
This cowl is worked seamlessly from the top down; the first section is knit in Fishermen´s rib flat, the second in the round. For added flair, you can make the 1x1 ribbed border and tassel (optional!) in a different colour. Finish with a tubular bind-off or a super stretchy bind-off of your choice.
