Akina Tunic
Worn with about 1.5” added for ease.
Everything spring is wrapped up in this tunic-length pullover. Worked from the bottom up and featuring a simple lace body, it then continues to the garter stitch top with sloped shoulders. Shoulders are seamed and sleeve stitches are picked up and knit from the armholes, dotted with a simple lace pattern reminiscent of flower buds. Sleeves and neckline are all finished in a clean I-cord bind-off. The kimono-style sleeves are probably my favorite feature of the design -- both breezy and cozy, they elevate the simple silhouette to something striking and modern.
