Alice the Alpaca Hottie
A cute way of turning a hot water bottle cover into a firm
bedtime friend – make the cosy into an adorable alpaca!
The teddy bear yarn makes a really cosy warmer for winter
nights, and the fun fur stitch hair adds oodles of character.
MATERIALS
● Scheepjes Merino Soſt , 50% Merino wool/25% microfibre/25% acrylic,50g/105m/115yds
Yarn A: Raphaël 602 x 1 ball
● Scheepjes Sweetheart Soſt Brush, 100% polyester, 100g/153m/167yds
Yarn B: Shade 532 x 1 ball
Yarn C: Shade 529 x 1 ball
● 3.5mm & 5mm hooks
● Stitch marker
● Yarn needle
● Toy stuffing
● Mini hot water bottle, 14 x 25cm/5½ x 10in
MEASUREMENTS
Alice measures 15cm/6in wide and 52cm/20½in tall from top
of head to tip of hooves. She will fit a mini hot water bottle
approximately 14 x 25cm/5½ x 10in.
