I have designed this hat for my daughter who was 6 years old at that time. After many requests I added two more sizes, the medium size fits an average ladies head. The large size fits an average size mans head.

It can be knitted flat if you are not comfortable working in the round. I have used this pattern many times when teaching people to work in the round, it is an easy pattern for your first knitting in the round project.

The multicoloured Kolibri Wool Yarn is especially pretty as it gives the hat a characteristic pattern.
